Setup
Setup volunteers help set up the tables, the canopies, and other sundry tasks at the beginning of the tournament. This is a 1 1/2-hour commitment. This position can easily be combined with Registration. If you are interested in both, please note such in the comment field. If combined with Registration, this is a 3 ½-hour commitment.

Tear down
Takedown volunteers pack everything up at the end of the tournament. This is a case of many hands making light work, so if you can stay to the end and help, it will go quickly. This role can be added on to many of the above roles; please note such if interested when registering. This is an excellent role for our players! It requires a commitment of 1 1/2 hours or less.

Table Score Keeper
At the end of each match, one person from the winning team and one from the losing team reports their scores to the Table Scorekeepers (2 teams of 3 scorekeepers each). The Table Scorekeepers record the final scores of each game and keep a running total of points scored for each person. Table Scorekeepers also record the Playoff Scores. This role is part of a team and usually includes a sense of fun camaraderie! About a 7-hour commitment.

Chart Score Keeper
The Chart Scorekeepers take the game scores from the Table Scorekeepers’ sheets, check the calculations, and write the scores on the scoreboard. About a 6-hour commitment.
