BOOK A COURT

The purpose behind offering a Book A Court system is to provide players with committed time and space to play without interruption or wait time. The court times are in one-hour time slots at $20 per hour. The guidelines are listed below:
- Reservations must be booked no later than 8 pm on the Sunday prior to the Tuesday Book A Court date.
- No Refunds after 8 pm on the Sunday prior to the Tuesday Book A Court date.
- Refunds will incur a $5.00 processing fee.
- Courts must be reserved by a current SPC Member in good standing.
- No SPC host will be present.
- SPC Member who booked the court is totally responsible for the time period booked.
- Participants who join the SPC member do not need to be SPC Members.
- SPC Member needs to ensure that all non-members sign the Waiver Form found on a clipboard in the Salvation Army storage room.
- SPC Member is responsible to set up the nets and return the nets to the storage room when the allotted time is complete.
- Abuse in time slots will incur a suspension from future reservations for 30 days.
- Once a court has been booked, instructions will be given to the SPC Member by email in relation to the Salvation Army entrance protocol.
